HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
The Health, Safety and environment (HSE) is primary to PGS and our top management is highly committed to HSE in general because we are convinced that it should be a culture and a way of life even in our daily business.
PGS management is leading by example as we believe that HSE is a TOP-down process and therefore the top managers and leaders are always leading by examples. It begins with a commitment from management and it also involves Supervisors and their personnel.
PGS respects and adheres to the global recognized standards for health, safety and environment in our security industry.
In order to achieve our aims for health safety & environment, in addition to ensuring compliance with local legislation and regulations, PGS has established the following minimum standards:
Comply with country and clients-specific HSE strategies, standards and procedures
Maintain proactive communication and consultation with employees on matters of health safety & environment.
Ensure all personnel to receive HSE appropriate trainings
PGS provides the following safety trainings to all our staff :
- Basic First Aid
- Patrol Vehicle Driving Safety / Defensive driving
- Violence in the Workplace
- Fire Extinguishers
- Emergency Response
- Emergency Evacuation Procedures
- Hazard Communication
- Leadership & Safety
